Hi, I'm Trisha. A wife and a mother of 3 spunky kids who keep me running! I have a passion for health and fitness, and hope to pass that passion onto you! I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, and currently continuing my education in exercise and health. My purpose is not only to help you tighten and tone, but to guide you through your fitness journey and assist you in reaching your fitness goals! You will feel yourself become stronger, and your endurance improve by incorporating cardio, weight lifting, and plyometrics. (And some more tricks I may have up my sleeve!)
